Please include your shop code, the device you use (Android, iPhone, Windows or Mac) and a short description or screenshot of the problem. We reply within one business day.

2. Getting a shop account

Shop accounts are set up by Khise Digital Solution Pvt Ltd. Contact us to register your shop; you will receive a shop code and sign in with your registered mobile number and password.

3. Signing in

  • Enter the shop code, your registered mobile number and password.
  • Forgot your password? Contact us with your shop code and registered mobile number.
  • “Cannot connect to the KDSPOZ Retail server”: check that the device has internet access and try again.

4. Printing bills

Open Settings → Printer Settings, choose the printer and paper size, save, then tap Test Print.

  • Phone (Android and iPhone): Bluetooth or Wi-Fi / LAN thermal receipt printers (ESC/POS), 58 mm or 80 mm paper. For Wi-Fi printers enter the printer’s IP address; the port is usually 9100.
  • Desktop (Windows and macOS): any printer installed on the computer, or a Wi-Fi / LAN thermal printer by IP address; 58 mm, 80 mm or A4.
  • On iPhone, allow Bluetooth and Local Network access for KDSPOZ Retail in iPhone Settings if printing does not start.

5. Barcode labels

Open Catalog → Barcode Labels, or Print barcode labels on a product.

  • Add products, set the number of copies, and choose what to show: shop name, price, MRP and SKU.
  • Products without a barcode get one automatically. It is saved to the product, so it scans at billing.
  • With a normal receipt printer choose Receipt printer. Choose Sticker label printer only for TSPL label printers (for example TSC or Xprinter label models). If the printer prints lines of text such as “SIZE 50 mm”, switch to Receipt printer.
  • On desktop you can also print on label rolls (50×25 mm and more) or A4 label sheets.

6. Scanning barcodes

  • On the billing screen tap the scan button and point the camera at the barcode; allow camera access when asked.
  • USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners work by scanning into the search box.
  • If a product is not found, check that the barcode is saved on the product in Catalog → Products.

7. Account & data deletion

To delete your account or your shop’s data, email info@khisedigital.in with your shop code and registered mobile number. We complete deletion within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
